ASTILLEROS ZAMAKONA BILBAO
Astilleros Zamakona Bilbao has vast experience in the construction of vessels: Shuttle Ferries, Ro/Ro Vessels, Tugs, Sea-Rescue Vessels, Platform Support, Naval, RO-RO Ramps, Fishing, etc.
Slipways:
– 1 slipway for vessels up to 5.500t, 140m x 25m (cradle with winch)
– 1 slipway for vessels up to 4.300t, 120m x 22m (cradle with winch)
Cranes:
– 15 gantry cranes (workshops), 10/60t
– 3 outfitting quay (mobile) cranes of 8t
– 4 outfitting quay (mobile) cranes of 15/60t
– Any kind of mobile crane (including skyhorses) on request
ASTILLEROS ZAMAKONA PASAIA
Astilleros Zamakona Pasaia carries out new constructions, repairs and major changes.
Platforms and Dry-Docks:
The yard has two dry dock cranes and two construction platforms, which allow the shipyard to build ships of the following maximum dimensions:
Dry dock cranes No. 1 for vessels 60x11m
Dry dock cranes No. 2 for vessels 40×9,5m
Platform 1 for vessels 85x13m
Platform 2 for vessels 85x13m
Stock No. 2 for vessels of 85x13m
Floating dock:
The shipyard maintains its Ship repair services with a floating dock for vessels up to 4.900 tons in displacement and maximum interior dimensions of 110x23m.
ASTILLEROS REPNAVAL
Repnaval is a shipyard that specializes in the repair conversion and maintenance of ships weighing up to 3.500 MT in dry dock. Its facilities are equipped with 5 trucks capable to dry dock ships of maximum dimensions of 126 meters long and 17,60 meters wide.
The facilities also include a 120 meters long outfitting pier with maximum draught of 7 meters. This infrastructure allows to provide afloat repair services without dry docking.
NAPESCA
Napesca is a workshop with nearly 40 years of experience, providing service and assistance to vessels in port and afloat, at any port in West Africa within 24 hours.
IRCESA
Ircesa is an electrical repair shop that provides 24-hour service, specializing in technical assistance, repair and electrical maintenance of commercial vessels, dedicated to working with electricity in all its forms.
